These are the third parties that Pinecrest Solutions Ltd uses to provide Microbooks and that may process personal data on our behalf. Each one is bound by written data protection terms, as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Changes
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To be notified, email legal@microbooks.io with the subject "Subprocessor updates". Customers may object as described in section 6 of the DPA.
AI agents you connect
AI models and MCP clients that you connect to Microbooks, such as an AI assistant using our MCP server, are chosen and controlled by you. They are not our subprocessors. Data they read from your books is governed by your agreement with their provider.
